A very satisfying, rich and tangy soup served with a crusty bread roll.
Smoked Mackerel Mousse
Flaky, smoked mackerel mixed with a rich mayonnaise and served with home-made oatcakes and lemon
Baked Portobello Mushroom
A thick and juicy Portobello mushroom baked with garlic butter and tangy cheese served on a bed of crisp lettuce leaf.
Chargrilled Chicken Satay
Tender Chargrilled chicken in a creamy yet spicy peanut
satay sauce, served on a bed of crisp lettuce leaf.
